I'm bored as hell with my current routine/diet so I'm after next week I'm changing it up. Diet is changing, workout routine is changing, I'm getting back into hiking a couple days a week instead of jogging on a treadmill for an hour.

I think the most important thing is to keep changing it up. I'm really bored with what I'm doing right now, but I'm really excited about all the new stuff I'm starting after next week. I would just revamp the whole thing if I were you and see if that helps.

I second that minus eating like crap; take a week off and relax, you can workout the rest of your life

Absolutely! My whole concept of fitness will periodically get re-evaluated. Gone from months of BB type training to Paleo oriented to bodyweight only to Powerlifting and back. I also think it's good for you over the long haul to adapt to new stresses then change again.

In a bit of rut myself right now. Plan to just take it easy for a week. Eat as best possible without weighing and logging everything then hopefully get back at it.
Definitely keep on the scale as my weight can creep up fast.

This. Just take some time off, get drunk, get laid, then look at yourself in the mirror after a week. lol
