Look, bro. You have been getting great, if not awesome advice. Why do you insist on your way? Why ask for help and advice if you're only interested in your own ideas? Listen to these guys. Or just quit asking for help, because it sounds like you're going to do what you want regardless of everyone's help.

I am weeks shy of 40 years old. I am 5'10" tall @ 215-220lbs sub 15% body fat year round. I don't really cycle anymore. Strictly hrt. You have no clue what you are talking about. I know 46 year olds that still are bigger then me that look like they are 28 years old. I know a 59 year old that coaches wrestling that walks around at 230lbs @ 5'9". And he is solid. Benches sets of 4 or 5 @405lbs.
The game isn't over at 40. If you really believe that what's the point in even starting so late in the game?

I give you a hard time because you are hard headed!
You have gotten all of your questions answered, but your not happy with what you have been told. You have been told what to do but you put your own twist on it. You also come up with reasons (excuses) to validate your thoughts.
Seems to me you feel everyone is out to get you or not offer any help to you. You are not the only "poor" person on this board. Neither are you the only one with the desire to get stronger and bigger, hence why we are here.
I tore my rotator cuff a few years ago. Then through therapy and self determination I got back to where I was. A year later I herniated my L5. Same thing, therapy and self determination I got back. Broke a toe 2 years ago and guess what? I'm still going at it hard. Why do I bring this up? Because I made it back every time.... with no gear.
So, quit complaining and do what you are going to do.

Why are you bumping both identical old threads? When you have also just started a new thread about this?

This guy is a troll. He's on another forum with the same excuses and sob stories. He's been given sound advice here and at the other board from at least 50+ ppl. He does not listen and always comes back asking if this new PH is the next big thing, more son stories, and says he'll follow advice then comes back with so should I run xxxx? He's either a troll or has serious psychological issues and needs help (not AAS help either)

I remember this thread!
If you are here to start from scratch I recommend the basics. Check out the stickies at the top of each forum and ask questions. While this seems complicated, it doesn't need to be hard at the beginner level. Start with the right diet and workout regimen. Adding drugs will involve the info you can find in the beginners cycles sticky (I think it is a sticky, if not ask about it) - basically testosterone only, plus an AI and hCG for twelve weeks and then a proper PCT.
Adding drugs adds risk and you won't get a good risk to reward ratio if the food and workouts aren't in line. That is why people say to get them right before adding drugs.
I know people are giving you crap, but read a lot and you will understand this stuff.

Stubborns good. Use it. Read up bro. Juss every night. I been coming here a while n I still read morning noon n night. You'll be surprised just how much u can learn. N when u learn. U might even be able to help. With the ppl here n your determination u can and will better urself (and ur mates I'd imagine). But. Don't look at wot they do or lift. How they do things. U juss listen to the big gunz down here.
Got to nutrition thread n see what ppl are actually eating. Think there's even a thread with recipe's the whole nine yards.
Go to or search Marcus workout log. Take a page from his book too. He really knows how n what routines work. Get that connection with your mind to your muscle.
Watch video on utube by.
Kai Greene (inspirational and listen to how he explains that connection to your muscle. That mental preparation etc etc)
Dorian Yates (look at his routines. How he lifts. What exercises he utilizes. His mindset)
Look up meal preps. Bulking meals. Cutting meals.
Download 'my fitness pal' its a great app for calculating your macros n few other things.
But only u can do this. Me n the guys aaaaannnnd gals are happy to help. Especially since u at least turned the attitude around n had the guts to apologize for it. So fair play on that mark. If I can help I will. But there's ppl here with a lot more exp than me.

You're not stubborn dude, you're a troll or an attention whore. The info is here plain to see and be understood by any 10yr old with decent reading comprehension. You're doing this on purpose for one of those two reasons, its as simple as that. Good luck with your "goals" for 2013

I am 33 I have been on hrt for less then a year. I have been working out for about3 years. My stats from my first doctors visit were 5'9" 185 lbs 18.6% bf. at my second appointment which was approximately 5 1/2 months from the first I was 200lbs and at only 15.6 % bf. that was a 18 lb lean mass gain and I did not vary at all from what my doctor laid out for me. My diet was to eat everything I saw not caring what it was.I did no cardio and just killed the weights as hard as I could 5 days a week. Now the second half I am dieting doing lots of cardio and still lifting hard trying to get lean. All you have to do is quit whining go to the dr get a prescription for ur low tes and work hard ur goa
Isn't that hard to obtain once ur tes is right
