    clen queston?

    im on day 4 of clen @ 150mg. my tempeture was 98.7 after my second dose of the day. is there an ideal temp i want to get to? i maybe feel a little warm, heart rate feels a little elevated, and little shaky but nothing is uncomfortable. thoughts?

    I assume you mean mcg not mg... and are you on day 4 of the cycle or do you mean you've been dosing at 150mcg for 4 days? If you're 4 days into the cycle thats a hig dose fast, but if you can handle it I guess good for you.


    I would just stay at that dose and you should be perfect.

    well i started at 20mcg 3x a day then incressed to this dose. i thought the raise in temp was the side effect that caused the weight loss? sorry let me clarify. the 150mcg is through out the day
