    Hypopituitarism and a cycle

At 14, as the result of an accident my pituitary gland no longer works, thus I have been on HRT since 15. I currently take Cortisol, Levothyroxine, HGH, and 3 pumps a day of Androgel 1.62%.

I have been working out for over 4 years straight and have been able to maintain 12% bf.

My question is, as my body does not produce hormones there would be no sense in PCT as I would not have estrogen or low t levels after a cycle correct?

Without the Androgel my test levels would be 0. My t-level is currently at 700.

    ( no i am not a teen, I am 25 )

PCT not required. The aromatase enzyme lives in the skin. Transdermal T can elevate E levels but no where near the amount of injectables. Usually AI's are not required on gels, but everyone is different. If you cycle with added T then yes, some of it will convert to E and you should be prepared for it with a low dose AI. Know your base-line BW prior to your cycle and monitor it if you can. T level of 700 isn't bad on gels, assuming it was done 24hrs after application. Remember, T serum is no where near as important as your Free or Bio-Available T.

5ar enzymes are concentrated in your skin.
Aromatase enzymes are mostly found in fat tissue.
