Natural gyno help (18 year old)

Never cycled or done pro hormones.

    18
    6'0
    180
10% (top 2 abs clearly visible)

How can I get rid of this?

I have an excellent physique thats well proportioned, but it just gets ruined by the gyno.

My nips are very badly puffed up all the time and the skin around them is now getting worse.
Had itchy/painful nips sporadically through puberty.

I feel embarrassed taking my top off and ive caught people looking before

Talk to your doctor. Ask for prolactin blood work along with test, estrogen, LH, fsh, and thyroid panel. That's a basic hormone panel shouldn't be much of an issue.

Then ask about serms like tamoxifen and rol****fene. Those are two good serms for Gyno.

I had the same issue and finally went on some tamox in my own at 25 years old and now it's finally gone for the most part. I learned to not really care about it but it took a long time.

Thinking of letro at 2.5mg until it goes away, then Aromasin to prevent an estro rebound?

Dont take anything on your own, could worsen your situation. A lot of puberty onset gyno cases resolve themselves with time. If it doesn't go away in a few years you may consider talking to your doctor about taking something for it, and if he decides what you have needs surgery than that may be the case, but I highly doubt someone will recommend surgery when you are still young and it could go away on its own. If you are still unsure talk to a good doctor about it, but really don't start doing this crap yourself.

yeah man that is the way to go... the professionals know best and you are still under your parents insurance so dont worry about it. Its better to see the doctor than trying to figure out on your what hormone your lacking or have too much of

you are at a stage in your life where you dont want to mess with your natural hormones because you risk doing damage that would mess with your development to adulthood.

ohhh sorry man I am from the US and dont know about UKs health care but they should be able to help you. A general physician should be able to figure out the problem if not he/she should be able to point you to a specialist in hormone levels. simple blood work should be the answer. the should be able to determine what hormone imbalance is causing the gyno

What the doc will do to check for gyno is to press on it from the anterior position and press posterior onto the nipple. (basically push it into your ribcage). This is how you check for gyno, if you pinch the nipple between your fingers and feel a lump, that isnt necessarily gyno. There is some tissue in that area that isnt muscle or fat so it can be a false positive.

Prolactin is the key hormone to test here to rule out prolactin induced gyno.

Not true. Doctors have been using this strategy to placate patients for many years. The truth is its very rare for pubertal gyno to disappear on it's own.

Go get it checked by a doc. If you've never cycled you need to find out what's going on.

Actually... that is true, there are alot more cases of gyno out there that we dont know about because they do go away with time and age.

I respectfully disagree. I've been immersed in the subject of pubertal gyno since I have my first gyno surgery at age 14.

Thats the problem, you had surgery in the middle of puberty. That did nothing for the hormone levels and their balance. Im surprised that you had surgery that early, you should have went on a SERM first because that will block the receptor in the breast tissue and prevent it from gettin worse. THen when you got older if it was still around, then have surgery.

As long as the gyno is stable surgeons prefer to remove the gland sooner rather than later, regardless of age.

But you are correct in my case , because a year after my gyno was removed it was back. I was lucky and had my 2nd surgery covered by insurance. SERM's would have been a great options, but realistically there's no chance of getting a reputable doctor to mess with a 14yrs hormones.

^^ yea but tamox doesnt mess with hormones that much at that low of a dose. But it is a 'newer' treatment for it so who knows. Thats what they told me when i was that age, that if it got removed that it would just come back, and it might go away when i got older so its better to wait. And it was definatley stable for a long time lol.

It finally went away for the most part when i did nolva last summer for 2 months and its still pretty much gone. Although i really dont care about it much anymore ,but that took a while to get to that point :/

True, but try finding a doc. that will script that to a 14yr. Also keep in mind this was 12 years ago- doctors knew even less back then on the subject of hormones.

My doc claims my gyno will only go away with surgery because it is the soft donut kind. but sometimes I wonder if he is right, insurance covers part of it, but my copay on it is huge, so if you can 2 months of tamox sounds like the way to go. Hopefully the OPs doctor is able to help him out.

Is it possible to have too much test that some of it converts to gyno and some to hairloss?

Ive got receding hair aswell that seems to fluctuate in the way it falls out, some days i'll be able to run my hands through my hair and find a few hairs.

This is a really good forum, thanks for all the advice. I wasn't expecting many replys but this has been great, cheers.

Excess test would convert to DHT or Estrogen would it not?

So I may have fluctuating hormone levels, my gains have always fluctuated more than what you would normally expect from a natty.

Disadvantages of going through puberty? 5-7 more years then you will be more stable when your hpta is fully developed.

Not necessarily excess test, just yoru body starting to balance itself for life.

Gyno is promarilyy from estrogen, and MPB is mainly from estrogen.

keep working hard, utilize that test to make muscle. then that muscle base you can keep alot easier for the rest of your life w/o having to go on a cycle.

Its just I always suspected I had high test, I put muscle on very easy and always keep a low bodyfat.

I honestly believe I can hit 210lbs at 6'0 with a low bodyfat natty before I finally cycle, but thats some time away yet.

Its just the damn gyno ruining my physique.
The MPB will never bother me.

Im leaning towards my hormones naturally fluctuating through puberty manifesting itself as gyno and mpb.

I'll still seek professional help though.

its rare to have gyno and MPB at the same time during puberty... are you sure you havent taken anyting th 'boost' test levels or anything?

Also, prolactin is part of the long feedback loop for testosterone , which may be playinga part in the int eh gyno issues. Gets some blood work done like ive suggested about... other than that, its all a crapshoot here inthe dark.

Ive not taken any steroids or prohormones not even natty test boosters.

I drank over a gallon of whole milk per day through puberty, that may be the gyno reason? Hormones in milk?

I'll get blood work and post it all up in this thread for everyone too see.

looking at your picture its very obvious u have gyno and i no its a shitty feeling..i just recently got mine removed and i got lucky because the military coveredd the surgery..it was the best thing ive ever done.. i got lipo and gland removal..when you go to the docs all hes gna say is give it a few years and it should go away on its own...and thats comletley bullshit dnt buy into that because it will never go away unless you have it cut out plain and simple. i would go to a plastic surgeon and just try to get it covered by insurence make it seem like it is causing alot of pain and soreness and is causing alot of mental stress..make it seem like a big health issue. if they dnt cover it just start saving your mney for the surgery lol also if u do get the surgery make sure the doc nos to target the gland first! some docs just remove the fat with lipo and thats it and that will not solve your problem. also dnt get hope that letro or nolva or any of those compounds will solve your puperty related gyno because it wont. Surgery is your only option.

I had this exact same thing in my late teens & very early 20's (going back nearly 20years). I thought I was growing tits. Felt like there was a little lump under the nipple. Doctor said it was very common in young males & 99 times out of 100 it resolves itself.

But as other's have stated, go see a doctor & get it checked out.
