Should I do a cycle
Was just wondering if Im in the proper condition to doing a cycle.
My stats:
23yrs old
6'1"
230lbs
12% body fat
train 6 days a week
squat: 455lbs 5reps
deadlift: 455lbs 5 reps
Bench: 315lbs 5 reps
food: 6,000 calories a day
75% clean diet
40%protein 40%carbs 20%fats

Imo i would wait another year at least preferably 2 years to let your hormone systems fully mature

you still have room to grow those stats naturally.
you can get your squat and bench up for sure at 230lbs. naturally and then later if you decide to you would be an animal.
my bench was 335 weighing 160lbs. so you can still gain naturally.
