    Taking the plunge, 1st cycle, suggestions would be appreciated

    I am 37 years old, in good health and somewhat fit, I am not an Olympic athlete by any means lol.
    I am 5'8 210 lbs, do not know my bf%. I have been on a high protein low low carb and low fat diet for 2 months. I have been in and out of the gym for the last 10 years. I get to the gym max 3 times a week hr lifting and 45 mins cardio. With a 9 year old and a 2 year old and wife and work its tough to juggle the gym. My goal is to go to the beach this summer and take off my shirt with confidence, like I said I am strong and in good shape, defined arms shoulders, chest needs a little work and if I flex my stomach you can see I do have abs forming behind my belly.

    I am starting a 10 week cycle with test E and wanted to start off slow before I get into a bottle of tren or winny

    Can I reach my goal

    I have been reading for years and at 37 I want to get in the best shape of my life

    Welcome. It would be helpful to get your bodyfat tested and/or post a pic so we have a general idea. I also think you need to clearly define your goals. Are you looking to add mass or cut fat?

    Test E is definitly a good choice for your first cycle. However you are going to have to find time to go to the gym.

    What exactly are your goals? If it's to be tone and look good w/no shirt on, i think this can be accomplished w/a good diet and solid training.

    That being said, if you choose AAS, test only would be your best bet.

    Need to research PCT as well.

    Stpste is right but you will also need a ai like Adex.For max results post your diet in the diet section with macros.You will be glad you did.

    I am looking to erase all the fat I can.
    I have always been 200 + lbs most of my life. Sometimes I feel like I don't want to get under 200, I would feel like I am too small, being 5'8 with weight makes me FEEL big. But reading here and seeing different bodies makes me think 180 would be a good weight. So I have 30lbs to lose. I have read about pct and my buddy has got everything u could get. My question is what should I use. I have a god sized chest 80% muscle and 20% fat. So I don't want any extra size there. I should takeaway photo I you guys could give more suggestions. I am not sure if I can ask if the company I get my test from is any good so I will ask permission first.

    Oh and I know cardio gets rid of lovies (love handles) I am not fat arse but when I look in the mirror I can see results from my arms chest shoulders etc... But than look and see some lovies and I get depressed. I use the elliptical 3 times a week 45 mins. What is the best way or machine to get rid of these things. Again thanks in advance

    steroids are more for gaining size and breaking through genetic potential not cutting fat, that can be achieved with diet, you say your on a low carb, low fat and high protein diet?? You will need to go to nutrition section and post your full diet, get that sorted first, then look at doing more high intensity cardio along with correct nutrition, you will need to do a lot more than the 2 hrs 15 minutes you say you are doing if your metabolism is as slow as you suggest. You should have a low bodyfat before starting steroids to be honest, do the diet and cardio thing for 6 months then think about steroids would be my suggestion

    Test alone is the best first cycle
