Teen beginner questions ?
Hey guys , I just turned 18 and I have been working out 4 months total so far, I'm currently bulking , started : 134 pounds , now 160 exact.
Just wondering what should I take to get a body like zyzz ? and is it safe ? will I go bald and stuff?

This is a joke right!!! You want a body like that all you have to do is eat healthy and train hard, uv done well going from 130 to 160 so keep it up.

Do what you've been doing to gain naturally. When you hit a plateau, focus on training and a better diet. Use some supplements. Lots of info in the various parts of this site.
Do this for at least 5-7 more years and reevaluate your situation at that time. Maybe then consider using AAS.

jesus...please wait til your 25 to start using anabolics. irreversible damage can be done if you use steroids at your age. just keep eating and training hard bro.

Ahh and if your thinking about anabolics at your age yes it's not safe at all being bold should be the least of your concern wait untill you have achieved a good base and are a little older at least 23

If you really want a body like Zyzz then all you need to do is stop eating and drinking for a couple of weeks and after a few months of decomposing you should be pretty much like him. Now is it worth trying to copy what he did including taking to much to young and having the same end results? A short lived fame followed by sudden death?
Listening to the advice above of learning what to eat, how to workout properly and staying natural until your body has a chance to finish growing and your hormones and HPTA has a chance to normalize until you are in your early/mid 20s is a good choice.
We have all been there. We know how hard it is to wait, to listen and not want to take a short cut but look at the risks. You can be like a LOT of the kids who come here and wont listen then after a couple of months we hear back from them asking for help because they have ED, cant get hard anymore, lost ALL their gains, depressed and many other sides we warned them about. Really we see these post daily...

4months...........you barely even have your toe in the water kid. Lift heavy and eat a lot. I wouldn't even take any otc supplements right now. Protein powder and that's about it.
