T4 with test
On my next cycle I was going to run Test Prop 700mg EW for 12 weeks and a daily routine would consist of 40 min on the bike in the morning (empty stomach with amino acids) then in the evening weights for 45min-1hr (4 days a week) followed right after with low-intensity cardio again on the bike. I have been always running 100mcg T4 whether I am on cycle or not, but to really cut down even further, could I bump it up to 200mcg because I am running test at that high of an amount?

I've read that people ran high level of T4 for several years and when they stopped their thyroid went right back to normal. I've always heard 100mcg was a good dose but I haven't heard too many people using T4 alone without Clen or HGH to lose fat.

I'm assuming your goal is to lose fat while maintaining or possibly gaining LBM?
I'd just run T3. It's the "active" thyroid hormone and T4 must be converted to T3 to exert the majority of it's effects. Adding T4 does not necessarily mean more conversion to T3 and they're both suppressive to TSH and thyroid function so I don't really see the point in taking T4 unless you're on GH (b/c it does upregulate the conversion).

Yes I am planning on running Ansonome in the next month*. Thats why I am running 100mcg T4 ED.
