gyno? oh no!
Hey guys,
So its my 23rd day of test e/deca ...all has been going great but a few days ago I noticed a tiny lump under my left nipple...since then I feel like it has become somewhat sensitive, not a lot at all so I'm thinking maybe its all in my head. They don't hurt or anything. At what point should one consider taking something to aid in getting rid of it? Mainly I'm looking for people who have had it because I want to know how bad it is supposed to feel if it is gyno. Its not itchy or puffy or anything just feels a little weird when it rubs against my shirt but like I said may just all be in my head. So ya, anyone who has had it feel free to let me know what exactly it feels like and when is a good time to do something about it. Thank you.

no I am taking no ai...I heard they diminish gains and as a result I decided to see if I was going to have any gyno problems before grabbing it...I can get it very quickly and am just wondering if I should just wait and see if this gets worse or better safe than sorry and grab it now? Also, how much do ai's diminish gains?

From what I've learned that tiny lump could possibly the development of breast tissue,
I started developing a little gyno on my first cycle and the only symptom I had was that same little pea sized lump and a little sensitive.
I would start an AI immediately just to be safe.

You should always take an ai, even if sides are not apparent

my friend is actually telling me he is having similar problems and he is running the same cycle just at higher doses. I think were both going to grab some ai's but once again how much do they hinder gains?

I don't think your gains will suffer much at a regular dose of a-dex (which is a relatively weak ai) which is about 0.25mg ED.
At least I have yet to read anything about drastic setbacks on gains from and AI.
It comes down to this, tits or a couple lbs in gains..... lol think you have your answer.
but like Patrick said you should always run an AI with any cycle.

You also might wanna go do some research on Deca related gyno, which is different from Test related.

If the gyno is estrogen related (Test) then Adex should help, if it's prolactin related (Deca ) then I don't think so.
I know caber and bromo are used for prolactin gyno.
I'm not a complete expert like I said, go do some research, there are plenty of threads on this forum.
That's what I've been using to get this info.

In response to the question regarding gains being hindered, it depends what you consider "gains"... While you're on cycle, you'll retain less water, so you may feel as though you're not as big. Basically, at least for me, it hinders false gains that you'll sweat and piss away when you come off anyways. As for real gains, not so much.
