    Clen and Potassium

    i am currently on a 2 week cycle on clen and i heard from a friend that clen eats up the potassium in your liver is that true or? and my dosage is 100mcg so is this something i need to worry about? i got Kaleorid 750mg on hand so i would like to ask should i start taking that?

    just eat bananas. That should be plenty.

    AFAIK Taurine is used up in your liver from clen . So you should supplement it.

    As for potassium I eat a sh!t ton of spinach a day and I still got cramps even with 2+gallons of water I had to supplement with potassium to stop them. YMMV

    I went up to 160mcg a day during my clen cycle.

    You only need to supplement if you're experiencing cramps.
    Although each will help, L-Taurine is preferrable to any individual electrolyte (sodium, magnesium, potassium, and calcium) because it moderates bodily fluids.
