13 and a half inches flexed. U guys dont realize how skinny i was before roids. My body is very lean.

13 and a half inches flexed. U guys need to realize i am a very lean guy. I used to be twice as skinny as i am now. I look like a normal kid now who just has a little arm definition and thats taken years of work.

Well you're doing it wrong, your diet and training are obviously terrible. What does your training look like. What are your calories and macros and what foods are you using to make up your diet. You're gonna look like a fool if you pump your arms full of oil, just have to YouTube it to realize how stupid it looks on a body that should not be using it

Monday: biceps/triceps
Tuesday: chest/legs
Wednesday: shoulder/back/abs
Thursday: biceps/triceps
Friday: chest/legs
Saturday: shoulders/back/abs
I eat chicken, greek yogurt (chobani), about 3 peanut butter sandwiches a day, and then eggs for breakfast, and usually a fruit salad sometime along with some fish, and steak if my parents provide for dinner(rarely).

Oh and the you're repeating that's horrible, you have no time for muscle recovery, muscles grow/repair when resting btw.
If you're training each body part twice a week you're not going hard enough the first time.
Find yourself a proper workout routine, I enjoy Dorian Yates 4 day split.
4 days is plenty, plenty rest, plenty food, plenty of growing.

Wow!
I am shocked any of you are using/have used that crap.
If you after years of training and AAS still feel you need Synthol to "perfect" some body parts because they are a little out of proportion, I think itīs time to take a couple of steps back and take a long hard look at the big picture.

Why on earth would anyone want to use synthol is beyond me, each to their own I guess. I personally think it gives a horrible look, competitive Body Builder or not.

find you steroid source and get a refund. if you have 13 inch arms after a cycle then your doing a whole lot more wrong then what your doing right. I dont get why your on this forum. Its purpose here is to educate you so that you dont do sumthing dumb but people like you dont bother learning anything. So you and your 13 inch arms should go buy your synthol...

This is just my opinion. Each to their own.
You really canīt compare diet and training or adding hormones to Synthol. Synthol is like Botox, or Restylane. Making some users look as ridiculous as those duck lips women. But I understand Synthol has itīs use, but itīs for the unique user. Not the mainstream AASr.
My daughter is in dance college, ballet, modern...etc. Every year we have cases of Anorexia because of twisted body image issues. A lot of us develop the same issues, and donīt realize when weīve gone too far.
Synthol should come with a mandatory psychological evaluation, to make sure the user has a healthy relationship with his appearance.
