I had the same issue for 8 weeks on my current cycle . I tried everything. Increased rest , decrease work out volume, increased diet , and gave blood to lower RBC. Nothing worked. My first thought upon waking was how much Id like to sleep another 10 hours. After some thought I decided to stop my protein shakes and see if that was the problem. BINGO. Now I wake up and shoot right out of bed and to the gym. The tryptophan in the shakes was the culprit.

well I'd say within week 1 I started noticing better sleep and dreaming a lot...then within the last week its slowly been setting in how tired I am...I feel tired all day...by night I'm better than I was in the morning but still tired. I know that week 4-6is really when test e and deca start to really show so I'm wondering maybe its just the compounds really kicking into my body
