    first cycle questions Test prop, pct etc

    hey guys
    iv read a fair few posts on here and done quite a bit of research
    right now im looking at a 500mg per week split into 250mg monday and thursday of test prop for 10 weeks
    will be taking 1.5 grams of vitamin C every day to control cortisol levels during and after my cycle
    also adding vitamin b12 shots for increased energy,appetite and overall well being (what do u guys think of this)
    iv got that much figured out now for the harder stuff

    PCT
    for my pct im not quite sure which to go for

    Clomid: i wear glass's and have read that clomid can damage my eyes not to mention the depression

    Nolvadex : is quite hard to get in australia and again im not 100% sure about side effects

    Arimidex : i cant get the tablets but i can get L-dex which is the liquid form any advise on that?

    HCG : i cant get it at all tried everyone i know is it a must? also could i use a legal test booster for my pct to replace?

    also im joining law enfor***ent soonish and well be tested so slightly worried about my pct detection times from what iv read most orals are out of your system within 4 weeks max is this true as i know steroids such as dianabol and anavar have a detection time of 3-4 weeks

    Why don't u check the injection frequency of prop first. Its a short ester.
    And nolva or other pct stuff can be purchased at the a-r site on the too right of your screen

    Inadequate dosing for prop. I think you'll find it needs to be used ED or EOD at least. Those OTC test boosters are garbage and you need to get the PCT. If you are getting tested soon you might want to wait till your not.

    Test Prop half life is a couple of days. You need to take Prop ED or EOD. If you take 150mg/EOD that'll be about 525mg/wk.

    When you're on Prop and working out really hard, you'll naturally get an appetite and feel energetic. Test is an amazing compound.

    My standard PCT is Nolvadex 40/20/20/20 and Clomid 100/50/50/50. I run HCG 250iu twice a week. I don't have a problem with gyno so I dont take adex.

    Sorry to tell you that Testosterone can be detected for several months. In the US, drug testing looks for recreational drugs not steroids. They are that strict in AU?

    For that split might as well get test-e or test-c. Test prop should be ed or eod and you do not need that much prop on your first cycle. 50-75mg ed or 100mg eod should do the trick. What are your stats and goals btw?

    Test Prop 100mg EOD (350/week)
    HCG 250iu twice a week
    AI EOD e.g. Arimidex 0.25-0.5 EOD unless you are gyno prone

    PCT
    Nolva 40/40/20/20
    Clomid 50/50/50/50 (maybe 100 for your first week or 2)

    This is a pretty standard test prop cycle and PCT hope this helps

    my stats are
    age 22
    weight : 70kg -- 154pounds
    height : 5'5 feet (short ****er)
    bench : 90kg -- 198pounds (not sure if that even matters lol)
    been training seriously for over 2 years

    ur 100% right songdog i think i may be too young for an aas cycle but im kinda sick of being "small" have gotten great results naturaly but i just need a bigger edge
    my diets pretty good and i train 4 days a weeks ( m :chest/tris t :legs w: off t: shoulders f: off s: backnbis s: off)

    iv tried Ghrp-6 stacked with cjc1295 and it was alright but **** injecting every 4 hours drove me nuts

    correct me if im wrong but isent test props detection time only 3 weeks?
    also im slightly worried about the pct
    the hcg during the cycle is it 100% needed cause im not sure i can acctuly get that

    HCG is highly recommended thru out the cycle. Ive heard that HCG is hard to get in Aus and parts of EU.

    Post a days diet and let us look at it. That may be your problem.

    meal 1 : 4 weetbiks (not sure if people know what that is) with milk about 300mls
    meal 2 : fish about 250 grams with half a sweet potato with a handfull of pasta (not wholemeal)
    meal 3 : mince meat about 200-250 grams with sweat potato and handfull of pasta
    meal 4 : chicken breast 250-300 grams with sweat potato and handfull of pasta
    meal 5 : steak ??? grams with hot chips and a small salad
    meal 6 : 2 egg scrambled

    protein shake after my workout and a protein shake with milk every night

    keep in mind im not a very large person
    i have been complimented on my size to strength ratio tho which im pretty proud of since iv come a long way
