    Winny for weight loss?

Ok, let me try this again...
I am currently consuming about 2500 calories a day and my split is a traditional 40/40/20. My food is based on recommendations from bodybuilding.com and a couple of other places. I don’t stick to the same diet every day because it gets old and very monotonous after a couple of days. However, I still consume the amounts of protein, carbs and fats that are recommended for me. I also eat every 2-3 hours depending on my schedule. To be completely honest with you guys I have always struggled with my diet and I know that by improving this I might be able to see some success. I change my workouts every 3-4 weeks, I also practice Judo twice a week and I do about 15-20 minutes of cardio a day (can’t go for too long because of old injuries to my knees). I would like to take some winny to assist me in my weight loss goal and muscle toning. I’m content with my strength and muscle mass but I would really like to lose some weight. It seems that I gain weight even when eating really healthy...
I’ve read that about 25-50 mg of winny could help with some weight loss. Thanks in advance for the forthcoming advice!

winny doesnt burn fat. And if your not already lean you wont notice the hardness it gives.
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

Can you post a one days diet on here or nutritonal forum? Would like to see what you are eating?

What type of cardio are your doing? Also, 15-20 minutes will actually just mantain what you already have and not burn enough to lose.

Stats also, Please. And Welcome to the board.

    meal 1:
    - 1 cup of oatmeal
    - 1 scoop of protein
    - 1/2 cup of 1% milk

    meal 2:
    -apple or banana
-1 oz of walnuts or almonds

    meal 3:
    - 2 whole wheat slices of bread
    - 1 can of tuna (in water)
    - 1 celery stalk
    - 1/2 tsp of mayo

    meal 4:
    - 1 whole wheat wrap
    - 1 cup of lettuce
    - 1 slice of cheese
    - 2 slices of 98% fat free ham from costco

    meal 5:
    - 3.5 oz Baked tilapia
    - 1 cup of brown rice
    - 1 cup steamed veggies

    meal 6:
    - 1 scoop of protein (whey)
    - 2 cups of water
    - 2 strawberries
    - 1 oz of almonds/walnuts

Total macros: ~200-250/200-250/30-50 gms (macros vary a bit depending on the meal that I replace everyday to switch things up).

*I alternate lunch and/or dinner (meal 5) between: (chicken w/brown rice and lentils), (ground beef w/whole wheat pasta) or (steak, brown rice and veggies) in order to switch things up a bit.*

I mostly jog on the treadmill (interval training) for about 15-20 mins because of my knees and occasionally switch it up with the eliptical or stationary bike. Also, Judo burns up quite a few calories according to MyFitnessPal app(1000+) although it seems a bit excessive.

Finally, I am 5'10'' and I currently weigh 240 lbs and I don't know my BMI (maybe 25%).

When I was a fattie my knee hurt too. You're carrying around a lot of extra weight and it's real hard on the old legs. I'd suggest weight lifting. Cardio is good but getting your muscles active will raise your resting metabolism and you'll burn more calories while resting than with cardio alone.

I went from 28.8% bf to 10% all natty but it took me almost 18 months. It's going to take you some time but you gotta stick with it. As for juicing, if you're struggling with your diet now what happens if you juice and get some results. When you come off the compound and you're diet isn't in check you'll just ass the original fat back if not more.

If it were easy everybody would look fit. My only advice is do whatever it takes to lose the weight naturally, then you might consider aas to build the body you want. This stuff isn't a magic fitness pill. It still takes a lot of dedication and hard work.

Best of luck to you bud.

Clen /T4 will help you lose weight. Winny will prevent you from retaining some water. Not really worth the $$$ for losing weight IMO.

k, so I am not allowed to post much of anything apparently
Evander87... can you please give me some info regarding the type of program/s you were on during your weight loss??? I'm familiar with all the exercises and such so you don't have to dumb it down to the basics. Perhaps a quick idea of what you did would suffice (i.e. low weight & high reps, full body workout, 3 day split, etc.). Take your time bro... and thanks.

    I appreciate the advice guys!!!

Your diet sucks. Unnecessary fats and sugar all over the place. You don't even have protein with every meal.

Full body HIT weight workouts twice a week. LISS cardio on the off days until a lot of the fat was gone then I went to a 3 day lifting split chest tris, back bis, legs shoulders, with HIIT cardio twice a week. Diet was about 800 below my TDEE and I kept changing it as I lost weight and adjusted the deficit to 500 as I got leaner.

I cut out the booze almost entirely while I was cutting weight. That was where most of my weight came from though.

We do care. Well some of us. That's why we help out.

I'd suggest taking pictures. Scale weight can be deceiving as you put on muscle and lose fat the number on the scale might not change too much.

    Good luck.
