First cycle, T400 for cutting
Hey guys. I've been doing a lot of research for a year or two and have decided to give the juice a try. I am 5'9, 175 lbs at approximately 14% bf and 24. I've been lifting seriously for two and a half years. I want to try cutting my bf down to 10% using only T400. I have nolvadex for Pct. The reason I chose T400 is because I have a limited selection of available gear and I know it is possible to lose fat on a calorie deficit with it. Also I want to preserve as much muscle mass as possible and keep strength levels up.
I was thinking something like this:
weeks 1-10: T400 400mg
PCT:
week12-15: day one of week 12 60 mg, 40 mg the second day, and 20 mg until the end of week 15.
My diet will look like this:
Meal 1: half protein shake (12g), 4 eggs, half cup oatmeal.
Meal 2: 150g ground turkey, spinach, 20 almonds
Meal 3( PWO) : protein shake (36g), apple
Meal 4: 150g ground turkey, spinach
meal 5: 150 g chicken breast, cup of broccoli
Meal 6: casein shake (30g)
Approximate total: 1300 calories, 200g protein, 60g carbs, 23g fats.
I will likely leave out the oatmeal in the morning on my off days, than I can do a carb cycle out line in my diet. And I would like to throw in more fats I think my intake will be too low. Any ideas?
I am working a five day split with Mondays and Friday no weight training. I do HIIT 3 times a week. The HIIT is not on any days in particular.
My weight schedule looks like this:
Monday: off
Tuesday: Chest/Tris
Wednesday: Legs (power) and Abs
Thursday: Back/Bis
Friday: Off
Saturday:Shoulders
Sunday: :Legs (Hypertrophy) and Abs
Note: I am considering an EC stack as well.

I'm assuming T400 is Test E? If all you're gunning for is fat loss, you're gonna get miles out of diet over T400. Test E is a long ester and will retain some water. Not a bad thing but if you're looking to cut to 10% you need all the help you can get. Test P is a shorter ester and will hold less water.

The T400 consists of 250mg Test E, 75mg Test C and 75mg Test P per 1 cc. I am not too worried about the water retention although that is a pity. It would be nice to, but I don't expect to make it to 10% in the 10 weeks, just as close as possible and than I will continue until I reach it.

Watch your diet and you should get pretty close. Do cardio to stimulate your metabolism. You might want to look at clen /T3 if you don't mind the shakes.

Any suggestions on the diet? Would I ad the Clen /T3 or simply do them without the T400?

In my opinion your diet needs some major work. On workout days I would have carbs higher then 60g per day. Non workout days carbs lower and Farsi a little higher.
Even on non workout days I would have ur oatmeal, u need it to help metabolism going in morning.
I would add in fish oil caps with meals, flax meal seed in morning with oatmeal. Eggwhites in morning for breakfast at last a cup. Lower the whole eggs u don't need 4 whole eggs with breakfast.
The amount of cardio will be a big factor in the results u see. I would recommend at least a few days a week of fasted cardio. The hiit training is fine but fasted cardio is better IMO.

I have had diets where my carbs were higher but they didn't seem to get rid of the fat as well. What if I bumped it up 20g carbs everyday? And I will mix my cardio with mostly HIIT but will take 15-20 minute jogs right after some workouts instead. Once a week max I will do 45 min of fasted cardio in the morning. And what is the best ratio for whoe-plain eggs? Im thinking just 5 whites, and once in a while go 4 whole instead.

Why does everyone say test e holds more water than test p?? Lots of people say this on this this board and it's a load of shit. Test is Test. The ester does not make you hold water. The reason Prop is used for cutting is because its usually stacked with masteron or tren which are generally short esters.
Sorry but this shit drives me nuts.

Hey Guys I have a question... Well first I could not figure it out how to start a new forum so here it goes...
I am 25 yo and I just bought T400.. I did my first application today (5mg each shoulder, so 1ml). I am planning to get the next shot Thursday!
I am just scared to build fat instead of muscle tho!
I am a little big already, but with fat around...
I am doing 15 mins trademill per day (losing around 132 calories) and after I go straight to the weights. regular workout with 15, 12, 12 and 10 reps.
Do I need to change anything in order to just gain MUSCLE??? And lose fat

vin. go back to the main "questions and answers" section and on the top left there should be a "start a new thread" post your stats ie age, weight, how many cycles you've done, how many mg's you plan on doing a week and for how many weeks and what your goals are

It's amazing how a lot of these old timers are quick to jump on here and start dogging on the NEWBIES. Is it because they think they know some much? How about this? Test400 is not just test E. Test400, if you have the real deal, is Test Propionate 25mg, Test Ethanate 188mg and Test Cypiante 187mg. All in one. Not trying to be rude. But if you are a little bit on the fat side, then I wouldn't even think about doing Test400 because it is a very strong bulking gear. Or any other bulking gear for that matter. I would concentrate on doing basic weight training exercises to start building muscle foundation on the inside and hit the cardio hard o burn the fat off on the outside. I would look into using winny to help you cut he fat. Maybe you could inject some L-carnitine also. I'm not familiar with this, but maybe someone else here is
