Question regarding clen
I can use the search function however I would like to ask a question regarding clen and my specific case.
I am 20 years old. My big three is at around 1020 pounds, I am lifting and following nutrition strictly for around 11 months. I am 5'10 and around 190 pounds, 17% body fat.
I started cutting last month, going for around 2lb a week, I have implemented an EC stack since the start of the cut.
I would like to consider implementing clen with EC stack in between. I am aware of the risks, however, how much more powerful of a fat burner is clen than ec? Should I implement it asap, or wait until the lower teens of bodyfat?
I was really hoping for around 8% body fat by august. My diet is in check and I do not consider cardio during an EC stack. 2100 calories a day and 210g protein roughly.

i like eca over clen . Why wouldnt you do cardio?
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

I use my EC stack as a preworkout, I am not taking any other supplement. I just thought I was playing it safe by avoiding cardio. I am currently at 75mg of ephedrine a day, can this be safely bumped up? I walk around probably with a 110 heart rate when EC hits its hardest.

before taking more drugs i would start doing some cardio. Your not going to get to 8% otherwise

that's an awful lot of ephedrine.... seeing as the therapeutic dose is 25mg
are you cycling the eca 2weeks on 2weeks off?

Okay, what is a good amount of calories to burn per session and how many days a week? also, is my goal realistic and when should I implement clen , if at all to reach this goal. Thanks for all your help by the way

75 is fine as ur taking it three different times a day, i used to take 80mg preworkout. in studys ive read it says it takes up to 1000mg of ephedrine to be leathal(tho i dont believe it as at 80 im already sweating and hearts beating like a mofo) but i know ppl who use up to 300mg a day and they appear to be fine. a little wired... but fine

200mg caffeine 3 times a day, and i've read some articles that aspirin is pretty useless unless you are morbidly obese

I stay away from ec preworkout personally because I do a lot of running and when I first started using it, my heart rate was a little higher than I liked. Nothing scary or dangerous but I am just cautious. I currently take 96mg ephedrine, about 6 cups if coffee through out the day and a 0 cal monster preworkout and my heart rate is not an issue anymore. The stimulating effects of ec wear off over prolonged use, but according to many articles I've found and threads I've looked over, the thermogenic properties increase.
Besides all that, upping the dose is minimal compared to eating less calories or doing more cardio. Bottom line is calories in vs calories out.

I have always wondered how much EC and supplements alike count for as far as calories out. Disregarding the appetite suppressant, what it is, maybe 300 calories because of thermo properties? But to the main issue of the thread, would clen help me a lot more than EC stack if diet is fully in check? and by how much

depends where u live, in canada i can just walk into the store and buy it for dirt cheap, some states ephedrine is illegal
