What next?
I'm obsessed with getting bigger, as I assume most of us here are. No one closest to me understands my obsession with this. I am friends with nearly a dozen men and women who have competed in numerous bodybuilding and figure competitions, but they are natural. The guys I'm friends with though are about 5'6'' though so they're pretty solidly built naturally. I on the other hand and 6'3'', and although people comment on my muscles regularly, I know that my frame is not nearly as wide, and has far less potential for great muscularity. Can steroids help someone my height get to a point where I don't hate my genetics and my physique. Is it even possible, or do I need to start learning how to deal with it?

Why don't you post your weight, bf %, age. I can help you out. I'm 6'3 1/2" and I've gained about 80lbs of muscle in 7 years

I'm with the first guy.
6'3" tall.
96Kg.
Body fat 24%(Shh).
Workout 5 days mon-fri
between one-two hours
avg=9 hours p/w in gym
Rest between sets. <1-2 minuteS
Reps between 6-10
I need to get bigger. Pleeeeeeeeeeze help with diet. I'm only on about 2500 cals
Was lifting for 5 years solid but stopped for ten years. Only accumulation of "noticeable " fat is at the stomach region.

I don't smoke since 2 months, not drank for one month. I drink water and green tea.
8:30-9amBreakfast;
wheatabix 2bits I can do 4?. With teaspoon sugar
Protein shake one scoop.
One-two actimel Bio drink with;
Nacv2 One tab
Super multi multivitamin one tab
11-11:30am Meal two.
One tin sardines
Low fat yogurt with
Nacv2 One tab
Super multi multivitamin one tab
Alternate weeks.
12:30-1pm Meal three
Version 1
Chicken/ brown rice/broccoli/spinach combo with
Nacv2 One tab
Super multi multivitamin one tab
Version 2
Spaghetti bolognese with
fat drained beef/spinach/onion/garlic/leek/pepper/driedchilli/mushroom/carrot using white spaghetti With
Nacv2 One tab
Super multi multivitamin one tab
3:30-4Pm meal 4 same as above using version one or two with
Nacv2 One tab
Super multi multivitamin one tab
If working out at 6:30 I take my amino acids half hour before with:
Nacv2 One tab
Super multi multivitamin one tab
If working out at 8:30 I have one more of the version meals with
Nacv2 One tab
Super multi multivitamin one tab
Then post workout protein shake wait half hour then saucer sized steak from a brisket to keep cost down with mixed veg like combo used in spaghetti veg mix with
Nacv2 One tab
Super multi multivitamin one tab then bed.
Hope this helps. I've got skinny wrists n skinny ankles. I've a bit of chest from ten years ago but that's it. Triceps weak as sh*t. Biceps no much better. I'm not into injecting anything. But apart from that I don't care what I have to do to get where I'm going. I'm a family man n work full time as an abm and simply want to be upgraded. Lol.
I will do whatever it takes. And I don't give up. one year. Two year. Five year whatever. I'm 31 years old now.
Please. Some guidance in most effective way no matter what it takes. I care nothing for pain. Foul tastes. Or hard work. I get usually two hours in the gym. Atm I seem to be getting weaker not stronger. I gave creatine on the way for in workouts. To improve my stamina during workouts.
I can provide start pic. Three weeks ago. And current I haven't looked myself but seriously doubt in 2 weeks there would be any difference. I have completely changed my life and diet. So committment is no issue.

Ok so your diet isnt too bad I suppose but it is lacking in protein, I suggest you post it in nutrition section with macros and the guys there will hwlp you improve it, diet is key, how can your muscles grow if you dont feed them correctly?
As far as getting bigger, 24% b/f is pretty high mate, if you cut down to 10-15% you will actually look alot better and then you can go about bulking but if you bulk now you will just put on more fat and wont see any defination in your muscle at all and then you be heavier but still loking in mirror and seeing the same problem
You dont need any steroids at the moment or for foreseeable future I.M.O
Are you doing any cardio at all?

I walk half hour a day. Power walk. With about 15kg extra weight. But layed off aerobic as was worried about losing muscle along with fat. Was running three laps around Olympic track about 5 mins( So the running machine said lol). I usually run for real about half hour non stop every couple days but was killing me for workout.

I'm doing 3sets of ABS workout in every gym session. I do have weekends off tho.

Imo, up the protein and get 30min cardio after weights aleast 3-4x week, also try fasted cardio first thing in the morning with your BCAA's, when hittin weights focus on the 3 heavy compound lifts, deads,bench,squats. Also there are tons of very knowledgeable members In the nutrition and fitness sections, good luck.

I was searching for a few answersvand had someone ask similar questions is all. Hopefully you guys have helped two policy in one go.
Your help is really really appreciated. :-). So much to take in I m glad So many can help. IT's difficult to get more workouts then just evening. Busy life.

Wow! Thanks for all the responses. I apologize for not responding back. My girlfriend is very against me looking into steroids , and getting bigger, and she's been taking up all my free time that I usually have to go online for the last couple of weeks.
I'm 6'3, 211 lbs. Normally I'm around 220, but I've been trying to help my brother who is overweight lose some, so I've been doing a lot more cardio than usual. I am about 12-13% BF. I need help though. Genetically, I have decent sized arms, but thats about it. chest is small in my opinion and because I'm so tall my legs which are muscular, do not look that way. Need some width that I think only steroids can help me with. I'm at the gym around 5 days a week right now. A few years ago, when I thought that more time in the gym meant that I could make myself freakishly big naturally, I used to be in there 7 days a week. I have learned over time though, how important rest is for muscles, and what is achievable through just hard work, and what is achievable through hard work while taking steroids.

Hey sry bout that mate. But I was in the same boat. Shoit. Almost same size etc. Any tips on what works please help me out. N hey. My( ex) missus went ****ing nuts when she saw this app on my mobile. Lol So I know exactly what u mean. I just want big gains myself. Legs lat areas n triceps. Biceps suck to he'll.
