    first cycle sust/win with hcg pct

    Week 1-2 250mg/week sust
    Week 2-8 500mg/week sust
    Week 9-10 250mg/week sust
    Starting week 6 36mg/day
    Weel 7-9 48mg/day
    Week10 36mg/day
    Wanna know what gains I should be expecting
    I'm 5'10 200lbs 20% bf , I would also like to know I should to do make the most out of it

    I think you should cut down your bf to 12/14% then start a cycle... More bf More sides.. Just my 0.02 c... Whats your Age???????

    20 years old, iv been really strict on the diet and plan to be on the cycle, lots of lean chicken, brown rice egg whites etc i was also planning on losing fat while gaining muscle with cardio after breakfast, b4 and after workout
