AAS and Cancer
Wanted to know if there was some studies or hard evidence of use of AAS weather short term or long term can cause cancer? Now I know doing 1 cycle wouldnt do u harm ,just liking smoking 10 packs of cigarettes total wont give u cancer, but what does the medical profession say?
I heard anadrol has a known carcinogen in it and hence that why it is not recommended for heavy and long doses.
Does this apply to pple who are on HRT? or is the amounts there given not taken into consideration.
Also weather AAS use make a cancer cell grow faster or metastize?
Any info would be appreciated.

This is not my field of expertise, however, I will try to tell you what I know. Although I don't believe steroidal compounds can cause cancer directly (in fact many are used to help fight cancer), if you do have certain types of cancer I know it is not advisable to take steroids . For example, I know with prostate cancer/tumors all doctors advice against any steroidals, because it might make these conditions worse by causing more enlargement of the prostate or more growth of a tumor.
In terms of cancer treatments steroids are known to help with everything from breast cancer to hereditary angioedema. Hope this helps a little.

Steroids could theoretically cause cancer. It is not likely that you will end up with cancer BECAUSE of your AAS use.
