Just received first cycle

I got a simple beginner cycle, 12 500 week of test E
with nolva and amridex

He also gave me a bottle of test prop. Should I include this in with me cycle? if so when ?

Judging by your profile, I think it's safe to assume you're not some kid trying to eff himself up...

Prop would typically be used to kick start your cycle. If you want to keep it simple and avoid the "propionate peg leg" (the pain that goes along with that ester), I'd suggest you just keep it simple and do the Enan.

You all sorted out for when to start PCT, AI, and dosages?

I have nolva on hand 2 weeks after last pin 40/40/20/20 along with anastrozole what's the recommend dosages for AI? and i was going to inject tues and fri with test E
if i decide to run prop when should I inject?

Here's what my OPINION is... By no means do I have the knowledge as a lot of guys on this forum and I am not a doctor.

For the AI, I would suggest you keep it on hand for during your cycle and if you got itchy nipples and started to bloat a lot, take .25mgs/day. If none of these estrogen-related symptoms appear, don't use it. As I'm typing this, I can remember if it was Arimidex or Aromasin that you had... That comment was in reference to Arimidex. Aromasin is something I've never used, but have read in these forums that it's usually dosed at 20-25mgs/day, I think.

For the Nolva, I would start it at 40mgs a day for a week and then 3 weeks of 20mgs/day. This would start 14days after your last shot.

Seeing as though this is a first cycle and isn't too aggressive, you should bounce back well, I assume. If your testicles are really shriveled up to nothing, maybe consider doing HCG for the 2 weeks in between your last shot of test and your PCT start. 250iu/2x a week.

A lot of guys that probably know a lot more than me will suggest Clomid therapy as well. I personally ran a similar cycle to the one you posted (was Sustanon though) and did what I wrote. Worked well for me.

Again, this is only my OPINION based on some research and a small amount of experience.

alot of people will say run clomid in your pct i recommend 50/50/25/25

some would recommend higher doses i think this is enough

I would change the arimidex to every other day.

You will need clomid for your pct.Both clomid and nova do different things.

Test P 150/mg week 1-5(kick start)

Also i would run an AI eod through entire cycle, especially with E. I like stane.
