when do i use nolvadex??

hay i have almost finished my last weeks of my cycle and i was woundering when to use nolvadex ? I have been using sus 250 for about 12 weeks now and i am raedy to come of the gear.I was taking 3ml a week and started to come down slowly towards the last few weeks of my cycle. i was having 1.5ml at a time to start with! That cant be good for your body but at the time that was the advice i got.

AGE: 24
HEIGHT: "6.3
WEIGHT: 95KG
TRAINING: 7 days

this is my first ever cycle and i only used sustanon 250
can someone tell me what i should do?? i have been continuing to stay on my dose until i get some good advice.

you start PCT 19 days after last sus 250 injection. PCT for 4 weeks should be:
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
