    Clen with PCT

    Is it okay to take clen with PCT or the weeks between cycle and PCT?

    Not sure but I think I read that it helps block cortisol ?

    Marcus says it good to go.. so I trust him..its anti catabolic and serves as a muscle wasting detterent

    I'd do some research on using it during pct

    I was planning on using it until I asked Swifto n he said not to.. not during pct where you should be in a caloric surplus, not deficit.

    You can still run a high caloric intake at the end of cycles and use clen .. I don't see why not.. I ran clen through the holidays ate whatever I wanted to for holiday food and didn't gain any bf..actually lost some. Was not working out or doing cardio. I took two weeks off and ran clen at that time.. came back to the gym stronger than I left it

    I dunno man.. never tried it during pct, but I trust Swifto's knowledge so I held off. You could very well be right.

    I speak from experience only and that experience came from reading what Marcus said. In the end everyone is different what worked for me mightnot work for you. But since you trying to prevent muscle loss after cycle.
    Clen is anti catabolic.. taking vitamine C in the morning and rigjt after a can help too. Imola taught me that.

    No it's just something I read of his.and tried for myself .try advanced search
