    need help despret.

ok so im a 20 year old male i weigh 210 am six foot 1 and my body fat percentege is 15. i used to weight 323 pounds and lost the weight over 4 years. i am a mixed martial artist and have been seriously lifting for about 2 years for at least 2 hours a day 4 days a week i eat pretty perfectly, and about 6 months ago i screwed up my back and cant do barbell squats and understanibly can only deadlift 140 for 10 reps. those stats are pathetic and are killing me my training regimen is suffering and its litterally the main focus of my life. i really do want to compete in mma. but id be happy if i could just train as hard as i know i possibly can, and this injury is holding me back both astecticly and athleticly. Im considering starting my first cycle of steroids becuase i feel im out of options. but i am competly clueles on the whole process, and need guidence. i also need to know how safe they are. I know they arent the safest and im willing to risk it a bit but i need the facts. i also need to know how i can get them legally. i do not wanna break the law. i know these are all panzy style questions but im truly desprete for answers. thanks

Alot of people are going to shut you down because of your age.
I broke a vertibrae in my spine and did 2 discs, so if you really want you are able to overcome this, and i know steroids may seam the easy way but its going to be the exact same.

My best advice, try alot of rehab, go to a dietitian and get a meal plan written up, chances are there are some improvements you can make.
also at your age i cant really see there being a legal way to get prescribed steroids by a doctor but some one else may have some input

Cant get them legally unless your over 30 with low T. From your stats, sounds like you dont have low T. You need to see a physiologist, at your age you should be able to heal your self naturally. I totally understand why you want to do a cycle, although at your age you risk permanently changing your htpa axis. Rehab isnt fun, but steroids will never take the place of rehab... and thats what you need is rehab by a pro... and probably a mri first or x-ray. If you tweaked your back, out of place, slipped disc, ect, steroids will never touch that stuff. Steroids will only help strengthen the weak areas that have already been rehabilitated... to prevent future injury... they wont fix you current injury.

    Good luck bro!
