post cycle supps
hello
from week 11 to week 19 and pct ending , during this time or after week 19 do supps like ZMA, trib, chromium help with jump starting test or in reality is it just a waste of money?Last edited by bodybycookiesandcake; 04-05-2012 at 08:12 PM.

Research the particular test supplement you want to run because some of them can endanger your natural test production and the directions say to cycle off after 28 days such as Animal Mstak... I hope this is what you were asking... I hope I helped bro

Btw a lot of those test boosters boost estrogen aswell sometimes more!

after i finish up pct, i wont be going back on till after i drop body fat. but i wont be dieting till some time AFter pct. so just looking at all my options as id usually get back on after week 20-22 when pct finished usually week 18 or 19

Just Read 2-3 grams of vitamin C helps reduce Cortisol, which is detramental to keeping gains after cycle. Are u saying ur going back on aas after week 20-22 of original cycle?

i usually go back on on at week 22. this time i wont be. and i respond fine by going back on at week 22 and not starting time off from time on including pct. so dont flame me for not enough time off before being on again. Its what works for me,.
dieting down after 6 weeks passes post pct, then gonna do 750 sust a week for 10 weeks, dbol 30mg a day for for weeks and run 400 mast for the 10 weeks. and deciding about adex with mast as i know my bloat on sust and dbol would be great, id be happy with t-bol if it was possible to get in australia. So dieting well after pct will alow me to drop about 8% bf with cardio and diet and go from there.
the vitamin c is a great idea i will look more into this, thanks for the pro tip
