VaR is really good for strength and cutting not fir building mass!

Head over to the profile threads. Everything you need to know and more will be there, it's some great stuff. I really encourage you to do plenty of research on it before anything. Having said that, many use it as for cutting/strength and often times as a bridge.

Thanks for the advice, I've often heard it associatedvwith cutting, but wondered if I increased my diet, the anavar would help build solid gains.

Building muscle with Anavar takes time... But after several years, you will look considerably better than after aromatizing steroids like Dianabol , testosterone etc.
