Injured on cycle - please help!

    Hey everyone,

I am 6.5 weeks into my 9 week cycle of test prop which I have been dosing at 100mg EOD.

A week ago I started to feel a lot of discomfort in my elbows/forearms - so to cut a long story short, turns out I have messed up some of the tendons and looks like the early stages of tendonitis.

Doc said to lay off for as long as possible to prevent serious damage - that would be fine under normal circumstances, however on cycle (especially towards the end) its not the best scenario.

So what would everyone suggest? Could I start pinning every third day or would that mess up my levels too much (being prop) ? Is it worth running my PCT now and then doing the 2.5 weeks I would of had left once I have healed up? Or, do I just continue with the injections until its finished (and by that time I would be good to get back into things) and then start training when I begin my PCT?

    Thanks guys!

Well opinions can vary drastically. If you stop going to the gym and you keep taking the sauce all you will do is waste it. No need to keep taking if you stop working out. Just because you start a cycle with a predetermined time frame it does not mean that if you go outside that time frame something bad will happen. Bottom line is don't waste it. I also don't think that you should run 2.5 weeks again shortly either. Just hold on to it for next cycle and run it then.

The other thing you could do is continue on and hit your legs every other day a little lighter than normal like 3 times a week until the forearms recover. Don't take my advice over a doctor by any means, but through the years I have experienced elbow discomfort and things like that. Never stopped me. sometimes doctors have to come up with something.... but of course you would know the extent of injury as well as any x-rays etc...

good luck and hope that helps to get your wheels turning on how you should proceed.
