    ECA and Keto??

    Can I run an ECA stack with Keto for 6 weeks and keep the effects going for that period of time?



    Or does ECA become less effective sooner then lets say if you ran Clen with Keto for that period of time?

    I think youll be fine running eca that long. You can run it much longer than clen before it loses effectiveness. Ive run it for fatloss for 2 months straight and even after that took it pre workout.
