    First cycle : sustanon , anadrol and winny

    week 01 to 08
    Sustanon 500mg

    week 01 to 04
    anadrol : 50mg/day

    week 06 to 12
    winny : 03 amps/week

    Suplements :

    amino 222 optimun - liquid
    albumin
    B6 vitamin
    C vitamin 1g per day


    it is very "strong" for a first cycle?

    Toss the drol run the Sust to 10wks and run the winny 7-13. Start clomid 2 days after last winny administration.

    Also, best if you run the winny EOD as well as the Sust.
