I have been working out like a champ and diet has been sharp.
I am putting on way to much weight. Started my cycle 5 weeks ago and was at 212lbs, the 1st 3 weeks I lost 7 pounds and things were looking great, the last couple of weeks has been brutal, always tired, jittery and paranoid (2nd thoughts about what it's doing to my health) and not to mention the lbs. I weighed myself today and I am at 223lbs. I have gained some muscle but there is fat gain as well. I don't understand low fat, medium carbs and a healthy dose of protein. Workout 4 times a week 1 hr and hit the cardio 4 times a week 45mins.

Ready to throw in the towel, f**k man I have been working so hard the last 6 weeks!!!!!!
