Being toned or being shreded

i notice a difference in some people

alot of people that are on steroids are cut/shredded more then a normal guy just is toned but hasnt got the extra shred/cut to them as you would in a steroid ?
seen alot of blokes in the gym there arnt on it just look fit and toned but you see a bloke you know hes on it is more shredded as and alot more muscle tone?
anyone else opinion?

diet, most guys who use steroids have their diets dialed in better. Or atleast they should

aas also makes you hold onto glycogen a lot better during a diet adding extra fullness that natty guys wouldnt usually have. gives you a much harder look

yeah thats true guys, i just been reading after a course or a cycle they use a steroid to make it more shredded and to cut back more % of body fat

^ A steroid won't help you lose weight. The look that is attained when using a steroid whilst cutting is a combination of a drop in body fat (done through diet and cardio) and the 'hardening' properties of those steroids .

I'm not really convinced that people using AAS have better overall conditioning than the all natural guys. Sure it helps, but its not the be all and end all of looking 'shredded'
