    tapering off sustanon

So I am in week 11 of my 15 week sustanon only cycle, I have just been getting a mixed review of if I should taper off or finish the 15 weeks solid. I am running two shots a week, 250 each shot. Some sources I have read say that sustanon has a self tapering attribute. What do you guys think? A little veteran insight would be greatly appreciated.

    I am not a veteran.

I do know that tapering is not beneficial in any way. It's actually bad because you lose whatever gains you may realize from the extra mgs while not helping recovery or anything in anyway.

Just stop when your cycle is done and start PCT 18 days after last shot...

and i dont know where you read that, but because a short ester clears quicker dosnt mean sust has a ''self tapering attitiude'' bro science

I personally have no reasoning for tapering down, but since it was my first cycle the last person I should have been taking advice from was my supplier, 99 percent in it for the profit 1 percent in it for the customer I guess. I did not want to taper off I was just checking to see if their was any benefits to it of not.

I appreciate the help boys. cheers!

Instead of tapering which I would never do you can always switch to prop your last three weeks seems to keep more gains being able to start your pct in a few days compared to 18 days.

Sustanon (and any other long ester) is "self-tapering", as the ester allows the compound to clear your system gradually.
But you still need to run a PCT starting 3 weeks after your last shot.

This was the best change I ever made to my sus courses. Plus you have the bonus of getting back on a bit sooner if you apply the time off=time on + PCT theory which I adhere to strictly
