    Cutting Cycle - Prop/T3

    Stats: 5'10", 218lbs, 19%BF, 21yo
    TDEE: 3200

I realize I'm on the younger side of things. I have researched AAS for the past year or so, much more heavily in recent months, and am prepared to face any consequences. I fully understand why you'd suggest I wait, but I have already decided to go through with this and would appreciate any constructive criticism. If you care to hear my reasoning, it's in the next two paragraphs. Otherwise feel free to skip over and save some time.

I started lifting seriously about 4 years ago for football when I went to a local gym full of strongmen/powerlifters/amateur BBers and couple future NFL players. I pretty much fell in love with lifting on that day, but still didn't understand/value the diet side of things yet. I went from a 305lb lardass to a pretty decent 240lb offensive linemen, still fat but "lineman fat." A few weeks after football I broke both of my shins (long story), which put me out of commission for a LONG time. I kept lifting upper body, but got sloppy on the diet and went up to 255lbs. Last spring I cut 255lbs to 197lbs this past August, and then bulked recently to my current situation (cutting for 5 months made me want to just eat for a while and prepare for this final push).

So now, I am getting to 10% bodyfat. I will be there for the first time in probably my whole life. One of my buds is also running his first cycle, so it will help to have a training partner as well as a sort of buddy system in making sure we both watch our health and safety. I do realize that this bodyfat could come off slowly, I've done my fair share of cutting, but for so many reasons I wish to accelerate it.

    Anyways....
My cycle will begin in a little over 3 weeks. Until then I will be cutting, and expect to be around 210lbs and 17% bodyfat. I have chosen prop for the shorter cycle duration as well as the shorter ester, allowing me to stop it more quickly if that becomes necessary for whatever reason. The T3 is, obviously, to speed up the fat burning. I may or may not up it to 75mcg in week 3 and 50mcg in week 4.

    Cycle
Test Prop ---> 125mg EOD, 32 injections/64 day cycle, can't wait for pinning EOD on virgin muscles
    Arimidex ---> .25mg ED, 67 days
    T3 ---> 25mcg ED week 1, 50mcg ED weeks 2-3, 25mcg ED weeks 4-5

Letro on hand as well incase of any gyno.

    PCT
Nolvadex ---> 20/20/10/10 starting 3 days after last pin

    DIET/TRAINING
Here is a rough schedule I wrote up, meal timing/frequency may chance once I'm on prop and T3, but as it stands its suited to my preferred timing/frequency. Most days I will be changing out the second protein shake for chicken, pork or salmon, but I left the whey shake in as the standard because sometimes I'm in a rush between classes/work etc.

    8AM
Wake up, Taurine (1-2g), Caffeine 200mg, clean/study/sit around

    9AM
30min LISS cardio on bike, shower, class

    1130AM-12PM - Meal One - 607 cal 60p/12f/77c
2 scoops whey in FF milk, 1 serving oats, 1 banana or apple, 3 caps fish oil (500 EPA/250 DHA per)

    2PM
Lifting session OR 30 minutes moderate cardio followed w/ light ab work

    330-4PM - Meal Two - 990 cal 108p/30f/71c
Two 92% beef patties + buns, Two scoops whey in FF milk, Mixed veggies

    630-7PM - Meal Three - 440 cal 59p/10f/22c
    8oz chicken, Mixed veggies

    10pm - Meal Four - 410 cal 50p/19f/9c
4 eggs, 2 eggwhites, 1/2cup FF cheddar cheese

    TOTAL MACROS - 2447cals 277p/71f/179c

As far as cheats go, I imagine I'll have a cheat meal once per week, calculated in a way that I hit 3200 cals and over 300g protein.

None taken, I kind of expected that. I do understand why, hopefully they give advice regardless as I'm committed to this.

Will do, anything in particular you noticed? I have some rather odd preferences as far as timing/amount of food and knowing what has worked best with my body. Also trying to keep it simple as I will have classes, research, work and friends/gf taking up my free time.

Well in my opinion I feel it'll be a waste to take aas when your doing a calorie deficit. The whole point to take aas to me is to get bigger, but you can get bigger depleting your muscles of the nutrients they need. I feel you should cut down to around 12-14% body fat then would run a cycle (when your older) to actually get bigger. If you eat a clean diet while on your cycle then you won't put on much fat... Just my opinion though. That's what I'm doing at least. I'm cutting to around 8-10% then when I'm 24 or so I'll do my cycle.

19 yr old and using prop/T3 to cut??

Man, wait till you're 34 and trying to cut.

When I was 19 I could walk to get my mail for my cardio.

Seriously, stop being lazy, get your diet straight and work hard for now.

I'm 21, not 19 (I realize 21 is still young). I included my justification. I'm looking to accelerate the process towards my goal physique and then maintain it. I already stated I know I could do this over a longer period, and I've done plenty of cutting before. This cycle is supposed to be a catalyst, not a crutch.

I understand your point and appreciate the fact that you're just looking out for me here, but I have decided to take the risks anyways and will be going through/logging this. With that in mind, I just ask for advice on the cycle itself, without the context of age.

As tlash88 said, the deficit may or may not be too much. That's one of my primary concerns, hence posting my diet plan. I'm going to have to feel out how much the T3 actually ends up raising my metabolism and adjust from there, but if someone has experience and can quantify (roughly) what that increase is, I'd appreciate it.

Yes. My goal for now is a lean 195-200. The way I see it is there are 3 simplified/basic ways this can go, assuming proper diet/training in all scenarios:

    1) Don't cycle at all. Cut down and lose some LBM as is typical without AAS. Then have to run another mini-bulk to regain LBM, before another cut.
    2) Cut without AAS, lose some LBM as would be expected. Do a lean bulk on AAS, and still end up having to cut a bit at the end for a lean 195-200.
    3) Do this cutting cycle, maintain LBM and trim the fat, all in one go.

Yeah dude, if you're main goal is to cut: put on a sweat suit and beanie and run and run. Run in the mornings and lift later in the day. This will raise your metabolism--so does stretching.

Cut your calories down, but keep your protein high if not higher. Keep your workouts at high intensity. Do supersets. Do abs ever other day if not every other day.

    You'll feel a lot hungrier, that's how you'll know it's working.

You can do it. You got down to 10% naturally, you can get down the rest of the way! KEEP IT UP!

How can T3 mess with your body if you are 21 and not 30 and above??
