    why am i holding water all of the sudden?

    Stats -26yrs old, 266lbs 13-14%bf (calipers)
    Diet- 3300cal (900cal per day deficit )42p/38c/20f

    Cycle wks. 1-12 prop 100mg eod
    5-12 tren a 100mg eod
    5-12 clen
    8-12 win 50mg ed
    Been using letro for ai and have recently bumped it up to. 5ed this wk trying to get this water off.

    I just started my 5th wk so clen and tren are starting at the same time. I've run everything before minus the clen.

    I did have a cheat meal sun evening that consisted of 3 pcs of dominoes. Pizza and an order of fries from mcdonalds. Its now Thursday and and im down some in water weight nbut still real puffy. Nothing has changed other than the start of clen tren and my cheatmeal. This weekend and I've had no problem what so ever w bloat through out my cycle. Just checking w you guys in case im missing something.

    Im not running prami w the tren and won't unless i have to nut I've had no issues w prolactin. In my previous cycles.

    My questions are could water retention be related progesterone Sides or am i just retaining water from the bad food?

    What was your diet before you started the cycle? Did you jump 1000 cals or something?

    running letro at 0.25 is only good for bridging and pct. u should see a improvement with 0.5

    fatty foods jack e2 levels. but clen winny ad tren you shold be dry

    No but i upped my carbs. Same calorie i.take just redid. My macros hmmm.. Think it could be a combo of the carbs and salt and i need time to adjust

    .5ed of letro is high.. if you look at some of Swiftos work he recommends .25eod or e3d

    Your bloat could definitely be caused by increased carbs. When I increase carbs I bloat/get puffy as a MF.. maybe try uppin your water intake too

    well this board is anti letro. so im not gonna get into it. but for your size 0.5 should be fine, u have to see what works for you and get e2 tested if you can

    Ok thanks. I actually redid My diet about 2 wks ago and figured it up wrong. I was eating basically at my bmr working out and lifting 5-6 days a wk and was starving so that's why i had a dirty cheat meal sun. I then refigured. My diet and changed from 40/30/30 (which was working great w a higher carbs day at maintenance on sun) to 40/30/30. I think im going to stay at my calorie needs and deficit but go back to my old macros and see what happens. And I've been drinking tons of water. A gallon and a half already today and I've been up for only 4 hrs

    Ok thanks for the input. It was working great at. 25 ed so maybe its just my carbs that are messing w me

    AI dosing is completely individual and cycle dependent. There's no specific AI dose that works for everyone, you just have to figure out what works best for you.

    I'll also say that IMO estro crashing while taking large amounts of testosterone is way over exaggerated.

    Lol pretty much. Im just forcing myself to drink as much as i can. Im miserable! !! I M going to go back and eat how i was w lower carbs and try that. It was working good and prob shouldn't have switched it up to begin w

    I agree.. 1 dose doesn't work for everyone, however I believe it's a good place to start. I've used letro at .25mg eod while on 500mg prop and it worked great for me.. tried it at .5mg eod and my joints were killin me and I was always tired/rundown.. IMO .5ed is pretty high

    Sounds like that might be a good idea.. From personal experience, carbs seem to bloat my stomach like it's always full n puff up my nipple area.. guess we may be considered "carb sensitive"?.. I never really noticed it until my first cycle when I boosted my cals up 25%ish.. took me most of the cycle to realize it was the carbs puffin up my chest, not the estro.
    Do you find that your nipples are fine in the morning, but get puffy after a few meals?

    I've never noticed any issues w my nipples. But my god my hands are red and wrists are fat lol. Ironically i forgot my brown rice in ny chicken for my next two meals lol. Ill have to update this tread on sat or Mon.
