1st cyle advice/critique
First I would like to say I am 24, and I have been working out for 3+ years.
I think i have reached my natural potential so I have invested in the following things:
1. Test-e (300 mg a week)
2. Dbol 20-25 mg a day
3. Arimidex 0.5 mg a day
Cycle for 8 weeks
PCT: Nolvadex
Heres some stats about myself:
205 pounds, 14% fat
Average daily diet:
Meal one = Oatmeal, skim milk, and banana
Meal two = 3 eggs whites, 2 full eggs, 2 slices of wholegrain/flax bread, glass of choco milk
Meal three (post workout) = Whey protein shake, 2-2.5 cups of brown rice, 3-5 cups of lettuce
Meal four = Typical lean meat (chicken, pork, etc), 2-3 cups of veggies, mass amounts of lettuce
Meal five (before bed 2-3 hours) = 4 tablespoons of cottages cheese, 1 table spoon almond butter, 1 table spoon natty pb
If anything here could be critiqued / changed that would be great.

if you wanna go for the first cycle just start with test only cycle
and up the dose to 500 test e per week
for at lest 12 weeks
what about ur pct ?
and where is ur AI during cycle ?

why do you choose choco milk in meal2, instead of skim milk like in meal1?
maybe you can add a meal6 just before bed, a casein shake.

heh heh heh... tasty, i agree..lol
i was just wondering why op was a good boy at meal 1 with the skim milk, but decided to be extravagant with meal2, with the sugar-packed choco milk instead. why not be disciplined throughout and go with skim milk.. which already contains sugar/lactose
