That made me laugh, anway Pal always glad to help. Its amazing for gear experience you and me have half a cycle between us but I think we've learnt a damn lot! And shared a fair bit also.

Good job bro!

Now go home and check that bag one more time! LOL and I'll go and get on the scale for the fifth time thie week (today.)

Hi Mike,
Great post! It's good to know that honest experiences are appreciated. I'm still new to the gear game but I have a lot of experience in training and nutrition and like to help others when I can. As my experience with chemically enhanced training grows I will not hesitate to report my personal results.
