You really should not be looking for a cycle right now. You need to spend at least a year, probably more, developing a serious training and diet regimen and get your body looking good first. Steroids should be used as the next step, not the first, and it's obvious that you have not been training seriously within the last several years, if ever. When people start with steroids without developing discipline first, they almost always end up losing all motivation once the advantages that steroids offer diminish.

What do you eat? How long has it been since you went to the gym? You are gyno waiting to happen. Not to offend but you are no where ready to cycle.

ok lets put it nicley instead of slating him =
Your diet needs look at mate see if you can get 40/40/20 split thats 40 % protien 40% carbs 20% fats
and youll need to train hard with this diet for a year then come back post your pics back up bud and u might get some people thatll give you a kind adult answer buddy no offence but you do need to workout abit more natrually for a while mate!

I first entered the gym in the aim of putting on some size and now i think as a natural bb i wont gain more.(as an example my arms went from 32 to 40 centimeters.) The problem is the shape of my chest and the fat it carries and thats what makes u decide! If you touch my arms you'll see that they are hard enough(as a natural bb).
If i go on a hard diet then i'll lose the mass and that is what i dont like!

mate your not ready to cycle period drugs ,steriods dont do shit if your diet and work isnt right and im evry nicley telling you bud your way off.. no drugs for you period DIET!

Tell your trainer to shut up.
You are years away from using and benefiting from AAS.
Without full knowledge and control over your diet, AAS will make everything worse.
I am sorry but I really can't stand personal trainers who advice for AAS use when their clients are made of 50% BF!

yeah, go ahead and take advice from your idiot trainer who advised you a cycle without test as the base. you will be also asking help from him when you are munching a box of heart shaped milk chocolates while sitting in front of the TV watching Lifetime with your sky high estrogen levels, all thanks to your super high BF% that was there when you began to cycle. oh wait, diet would surely change once you are on cycle and BF% would miraculously drop overnight thanks to the magic pill called Anavar !

Your trainer may know lifting but he does not know nutrition. Take your time. Hit the nutrition forum and find the right diet for yourself. You can lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. Don't worry about the scale. Be honest with yourself. Are you really training as hard as possible. Are you eating as clean as possible? Maximize your national potential before you even consider AAS. There seriously is some good advice above.

I am not very bright on all this AAS stuff right now but, I did know before I even thought about them I was on a strict diet and workout for the past 3 years. I went from 261 30>%bf and not being able to jog 50 yards. In June of last year I was 174 and about 11% today I am 200 waist staying about 32-35in and about 15-16%. I was not too strict the past few months not crazy put if I wanted to eat someting I would. Man, diet is key I can jog 3.5 miles with out stopping and it feels great. You can not believe what just sticking to a good diet and workout can do.

Knowing it is doing it.
You either have a solid diet going, or you don't.
There is no point in thinking like a 5 year old that diet would change once cycle kicks in.
You are either doing it now, or you will be thinking about doing it for the rest of your life.
This is also why you are supposed to have your diet figured out before you start messing with AAS. There is no figuring it out later.

I'm afraid cos i think the size that I've gained( i know more than 50% of is fat) would reduce and i will end up two matches like feet and wrists! (they are naturally thin)

Find your caloric maintenance and eat 500 less everyday while still training intensely.
You shouldn't lose much muscle at all!

I know it's easy to trust someone who is a certified trainer, but if yours advised you to take Anavar and Masteron as a cycle, he has no idea what he is doing. Most importantly, you have severe misconceptions regarding diet. You seem to think that your only options are to get big muscles and a lot of fat, or to lose all muscle and fat. This couldn't be any further from the truth. As these others guys pointed out, if you want to change your physique, stop wasting your money with this worthless trainer you have and start doing yourself a favor by learning about diet and training for yourself. Start spending time in our Workout and Nutrition forums, that is where you're going to learn how to make the changes you want.
If you just start taking steroids with what you currently know and do, you're going to be very, very dissatisfied with the results. That I can guarantee.

mate u got good advice here.
1. do not take steroids . let alone that horrible cycle.
2. start dieting. yeah u will loose size. but will be mostly fat cause u are carrying a lot of it. no offence.
3. get rid of ur trainer. hes useless.
4. post diet up on the diet section and boys will help u. make a log here. and DONT listen to anyone else once ur diet and training is layed out. this will make things more confusing.
5. good luck
all this what i wrote is a repeat of what the other boys said but its the truth. i just want to drill it into ur head so u do it the right way

a good diet it will do you wonders my friend. once you have it in place with cardio your fat will fall off. there is lots of stickies and post and even people willing to help you out in our diet section

firstly congratulations on signing up and asking questions rather than following your trainers advice off the bat. his advise is ill informed. When carrying excess fat as you obviously are showing the addition of steroids will in fact increase estrogen production due to the enzymes stored in the fat deposits- you are actually showing signs of gyno from what i have seen in the photo- you will just add to that.
dont despair-you can be saved- but taking steroids at this body fat % will actually work against you. at the end of the 3 month cycle you will be dissapointed and wondering what went wrong, whilst running the risk of shutting down your natural testosterone production- did you trainer talk about post cycle therapy at all?- consider this im 40 and have never touched steroids my body fat is 15% and im trying to bulk up and lose bodyfat before i consider doing it and ive done my research- you should follow suit.
this is what you should do.
1. dont eat fats and carbs together- your body will use one fuel source and the other will be stored on your body as fat.
2. up your protein intake - fish steak pork- lean only!
3.lower your total caloric intake to 500cal below your BMR- google it.
4.do 2-3 days weights a week 45-1hr non stop -light weights, and cardio every day for minimum 30 mins
DONT USE EXCERCISE AS AN EXCUSE TO EAT ABOVE YOUR LIMIT!
be strict with yourself- you are not obese and you can make a massive change in 1 month by not being a girl about this and knuckle down.
the only way to lose fat- is to burn it off- it doesnt just crack the sh1ts one day and leave you like a woman on her rags- you have to burn it off.
Man up buddy- you can do it- if you want to do it you will find a way- if you dont you will find an excuse.
