Which way to go? Trying to build lean mass

Right now I'm looking into reducing my BF% i believe i am around 17-18% BF im 6'5 285 so it could be more. I should get a fat caliper and find out for sure.

My question is what path should i go to find the right cycle for myself. I'm not looking into gaining much size would like to increase some strength, but want to get A LOT more lean. Help?

I have only taken H-drol, M-drol, Winstrol (PH) and Epidrol. Nothing to serious as of right now would like to step it up to a harder stack.

Your going to have to cut calories and diet to get your weight down and lean out. Not take steroids

Good for them. But you are here, I assume to learn.

Post your diet in the nutrition forum, I can tell you already your calories are too low if your stats are correct!

    Waaaaay to low.

I'm 6' 4" 235 and the daily calories i need just to maintain my size is 3475. You're almost half that on calories and you're bigger in size.

I posted in the nutrition page to give a basic idea of what i eat. I'm really not wanting to stay big just trying to lean out.

Thank you for you input. Very appreciated.
