What Weeks to Blast and Cruise
Already read Q and A with Ronnie Rowland on this subject.(awesome paper).
I'm looking for first hand knowledge of trying these techniques? and at what weeks? I want to know if you can cruise at week 6 instead of 8? looking for input on trying different weeks and if it has worked well with shorter blasts and longer cruises?...say for example blast to week 6 and cruise till week 9 or till week 7......First hand experimentation.

The first reload/deload I went 8 on 2 off running test e and deca . Made great gains. 15 lbs. 10 of which I would say lbm. This go around I'm running test e and tren a. Leaning out a little for summer. Thinking of deloading 4 weeks instead of 2 before the last reload. In that 4 weeks going to switch to test suspension (tne) and stay with tren a. My thought is I can get into PCT quicker. I love the concept. But I'm pushing 40 with a kid so risk/reward is different for me. Don't know if that answered your question. I think the 8/4 would work better than the 6/2. No facts just opinion.

@ Capebuffalo tks for that input, I have one question for you is Test suspension a short ester? compared to Test E. Must be. The rest sounds good though.

Tne. Test NO Ester. Every 12 hours. Suspension in oil.

So you will be pinning he Test suspention ed and the tren eod? your ass will look like a dart board

Actually run the test 2x ed. Will run tren ed. I have run it ed before and am running it eod now. I like ed better. Yeah my ass delta lats pecs and quads. Quads with backloaded slin pins. They can't handle a 25g even.

You almost look forward to to test about 1 hr before the gym. You get your mind around it. It only 1 - 2 min out of the day.

wow that's a lot of gear....saturated receptors is a under statement, u r do for a long cruise dude.

You dont need D. in the middle of a cycle. In fact when you are blasting & cruising I see no need for it all. Unless you just want to pack on water weight. ironbeck, take everything you hear on this site and filter out what may not apply to you. A couple of years ago I played with Ronnies concept. You are making a life altering decision by committing to this or even trying it for a year. And it takes alot longer than two weeks to clean out your receptors when you have been slamming large quantities of juice into your system. I know from experience. Ronnies plan is designed for competition. I did not incorporate any post cycle...just bridged ....you will be on TRT for life if you are not very careful.
