    fml

    iv been training for 5 years now im 21 and im 5,11 at 92 kg lean iv done dbol befor but i got ripped in price and im sure it was fake , iv been dreaming of becoming a bodybuilder ever since i was 13 im a personal trainer and am hooked on the life style , i really dont care if i dont turn pro i just want to turn heads i am wondering what would be the best cycle for me for mass because i think im to tall also i want to look like a bodybuilder . You are breaking the board rules by asking that question mate, please read the board rules before posting agin...

    No need to start the same thread twice bro. But icase you read this one first, I'll post the same reply I made in your other thread........" Your problem(s) is most likely in your diet & / or training. Lets start with your diet, post what you eat in a day, include times, cals, carbs, proteins & fats of each meal. I'm willing to bet we can make some adjustments that will help you make some pretty significant gains in short order."

    for 511 you want to aim for 103kgs lean, thats a great feat then use use gear. 103kgs with less then 10% bf and you will turn heads , thats a monster and attainable with out drugs

    Where did u get 103 from?? I'm 5'11 and 85kgs around 9% there is no way I could be natty at 103kgs under 10%

    220lbs. but you have to train hard and compound lift your way there,.

    its doable.

    being under 200lbs for your height is small. in terms of natural limits, u should be dialed in at least 93kgs and 9%bf

    i do this for a living, i believe all of this is attainable with hard work

    100kg = 220lbs. Where did you get 103 from?
