Bad Cold - Train or Rest
I have 3 weeks left in my 12 wk cycle. Obviously I will be killing the gym post cycle too.
Just came down with a bad cold sneezing like crazy, soar throat. I took yesterday off for some rest and I'd like some advice if I should get right back at it or wait till I start to improve.... another day or two.
I could workout while sick but want to do whats best !!!

Rest. Stay home and get over it. No need to go and contaminate everyone else.
If you have to work out get a couple dumbbells to use at home, do pushups, pull ups and sit ups.
