Educate me please
I am not sure if this belongs here but I figured I could get the best answers here. I am 34 yr old male w very low test levels as of blood work in 3/1. Since that time I have dropped about 17 lbs. I am not sure what my body fat % is. I really should get that checked out. I would think 16-17% I had blood work done again and I am getting results saturday. I started taking HCGenerate for libido and it seems to help but I am not sure if its in my head. After a lot of thought. I am not ready to be on HRT for life. I havent had children yet and that is very important to me. Now here is my question.
Is there a difference between GYNO and gaining weight in your chest? What on my blood test (if anything) is going to tell me why I gain weight in my chest. When I was younger and on AAS I had a massive chest but now it is my problem area. I am still about 15 lbs over weight but it mostly distributed between the middle of my chest and a couple of inches below my belly button.
I want to do aas again at the right bf% and have a strong pct and then check my levels again. I know with my levels now no matter who well I diet or train I am going ot be held back bc of low test levels.
I posted something similar HRT in that forum and I was told I should look into an HCG Nolva to bring back test levels but I am not sure I agree with that.
Let me know what you think bros

Pending on your Bloodwork, showing u primary or secondary.
Nolva / HCG is a pretty common and successful treatment, but all depends on BW.
I wouldn´t so the HCGenerate. Does it stimulate the testies? U might be doing more harm than good, continuing to suppress your Pituitary.
If you had Gyno, you would feel it.
Best to post your complete Bloodwork.
