could be anything. if you don't get decent sleep (snoring, apnea) due to being on cycle, this could be a contributing cause

I agree with TR, there are many variables in the root cause of insomnia related fatigue, ranging from chemical enhan c m ent induced hormone imbalance, to diet, to something as simple as your sleeping quarters, (bed , temp of room, allergens, etc............) It may take a while to figure it all out, but once you do, it's well worth the effort, life in general is much more enjoyable when you're well rested.

btw... i have a similar problem. always tired. i do have apnea. getting one of those machines on the 8th. hopefully this will solve the problem?

dont think its apnea but I how that machine world for you. bear I guess ill have to go through the process of elimination

I know a guy that swears by a breathing machine when he sleeps. He did a sleep study and this is what they came up with. He claims he feels like a new man.

take ZMA 30 mins before bed and dont drink milk with it - try on an empty stomach ( calcium prevents magnesium absorption- preventing zma from being effective)
see if that helps you sleep better/deeper .

I know I don't need a machine. I just need some zzzzzzz I'm going to fight through it though eventually something had got to give and ill sleep like a baby.
