    I think its working!

    Well fellas i think this S%^* is kicking in, tomorrow is 3 weeks but last night at the gym I felt in the zone pumps were like I have never had.

    I was 190 three weeks ago and I was 201 yesterday morning waist is still 34.5in, and I was able to push out 225lb 5 times on flat bb bench my last set 3 weeks ago and yesterday I was able to puch out 5 at 255 last set. Not bad eating has helped but I am hopeing that some of it is the Sust kicking in.

    Still sweating like a bitch at night during my sleep.

    Post more tomorrow when I go back to the gym today is a little cardo.

    Thanks guys it was pretty wild yesterday never had that feeling in the gym. I thought I was pushing myself before but damn it was totally different yesterday.

    Cycle
    Sust 250 12 weeks
    Liquidex .25ml eod
    HCG 250ui 2x week (I will be doing it on Monday and Thursday with Sust starting next week)

    I was pinning 0.6ml eod of Sust but will be going to full 1ml Mondays and Thursdays starting next week (500 per week for rest of cycle.)

    PCT
    Nolva
    Clomid

    Gym
    Monday - Chest Bis
    Tue - Jog 30 minutes
    Wed - Quads Shoulders Abs
    Thur - Jog 30min
    Fri- Back Tris
    Sat - Hams Traps Calfs Abs
    Sun - Chill

    Diet
    300g - Protein
    300g - Carbs
    66g - Fat (a little less)

    I may up the Carbs after next week just going to judge it and see how I am feeling. I will weigh myself next Monday and adjust if need be. When I was cutting I would adjust after a 5lb difference in weight, I am going to do the same with this.

    Today so far is

    6:30am
    1/2 cup ceral (quaker oats don't remember which one whole wheat adn some fruit new)
    1 cup 2%milk
    1cup egg whites
    1 banana

    9:30pm
    2 cans tuna
    couple of dollops of Greek plain Yogurt
    Hot sauce (sound crazy but eating this everyday I change things up, mix it all together and its pretty good. I also do 2 cans chicken a couple of times during the week)
    2 celery stalks

    12pm
    6-8oz of lean beef ground
    3 pieces of Double Fiber Whole wheat bread

    4pm Will Be
    40g Body Fortrees protein powder
    1cup of uncooked oats ( mixed all together like ceral and eatened)

    Jog at about 5:30pm

    Post jog
    Apple and 40g protein powerder

    8 or so Dinner
    6of chicken breast
    veggies

    10 or so Bedtime
    1/2 low fat cottage cheese and one scoop (26g protein) Powerd.

    I have not wrote done everthing for today but a littel light on carbs today and fat its cardo day so I don't take in as much.

    Workout days are pretty much the same just the dinner might be different as far as protein source and I up the oats preworkout and I take 60g of dextrose post with powder.

    Water intake since cycle has been crazy I drink about 1 gallon a day a little more during workoutdays. Water before was about 3 liters or so depending on the day. Weekends use to kill me I don't drink soda or jucies but I would wake up have a couple of cups of coffee and drink maybe 2 liters water each day. Now I am even a gallon or so each day, I am not drinking beer during the cycle so that helps with the water intake.

    I am trying the Milos Sarcev diet thing, 1.5g protein 1.5g carbs per body pound and the fats or only what come from the food I eat (I might grab a few cashews about .5oz 1 or 2 times durning the day).

    I take my carbs mornign, lunch, pre and post and during the day and dinner they are veggies or in the dairy from the cottage cheese before bed.
