Pumps on tren are getting unbearable

Can't walk 10 mins without calves locking up completely. By the time I'm done with my first or second exercise on chest or back day, my forearms are so pumped it feels like I broke my arms. I'm on 700mg. I've been mega dosing potassium and water but to no avail.

Same boat man, not so much forearms but when i train calves even lightly I can't move for 10-15min. I also get nasty back pumps.

Take the taurine it should help, as for why this happens I too would like to know.

First you naturally walk on your tip toes,(I do) I don't even work calfs and they are huge, my forearms are almost the same size of my arms....dude after u warm up with some cardio...stretch.....stretch.....when your not at the gym, at home stretch your forearms and calfs and all muscles for that matter.

This is teh hardest thing about training, mobility and stretching. Even though stretching is counter productive while training, after all my years in the gym i think i might stretch between sets as i cant be fuct to stretch after or at home. My lower back pumps and bi pumps are the worst, Bi's for me are the worst

I get the same thing in my calves and lower back from tren .

Do a search on compartment syndrome or chronic exertional compartment syndrome.

Taurine and magnesium will help. Magnesium is a natural muscle relaxant. Just don't take too much or you'll be running to the crapper

That was a joke, right? Because you're talking psychology and he was referring to this:
