Appreciate supplement advice!!
I am a 19 year old athlete and am to young to take steroids . I have done a good job educating myself on diet and that sort of stuff. I am not so much looking to bulk up, but need to gain long, lean, cut muscles and power. Obviously i already work out and diet. I am looking for advice for anything other than a steroid that can boost my results, and speed up the process. via supplements . I already take 100% whey protein and glutemin.
Any imput?

a good solid diet is all u need at that age.. go to diet section and read heeeeeeps.. if ur looking for something extra u can try a preworkout and creatine

Yeah i agree with the nutrition part, a good clean bulk can give you what you are looking for but for. You can gain very little on a cutting diet but is minimal and the diet needs to be in check 100%. Since thats not the case in most folks i suggest going to the nutrition area and soak as much as you can over there, trust me they know their stuff. You would definitely need a clean bulk to get those clean cut muscle gains and power. As far as supps i suggest a prework out, 1 protein shake a day is the most you would need some BCAA is a must and perhaps some glutamine. Thats about it......
