    Growing during pct

Since your finished cycling during pct and your test levels are lower than normal can you still build muscle during this time or is it going to be just for maintaining your gains from a cycle? It seems like building muscle during pct would be harder than building muscle naturally since your testosterone levels would be lower.

you're probably right. during those 4wks of pct, its probably more catabolic compared with a natural situation due to the lower than normal test level.

Consider yourself lucky if you can actually hold on to the 60% of the new muscle tissue during PCT which you made during your cycle.

Overeating during PCT and short-intense workouts are about the only strategies that will serve this purpose.

You won't gain muscle during PCT.

Thoughts on clen during PCT? I was thinking of eating a little more during PCT than during cycle and using clen in hopes of retaining more muscle.

Clen is known to have protein sparing qualities, but I wouldn't expect much from it as it won't make miracles regarding the process.

You will be better off eating more than just a little more during PCT.

I especially recommend foods that are high in cholesterol such as egg yolks, liver, shrimp, read meat since cholesterol is the building block of testosterone and this regimen will accelerate recovery of natty test during PCT. Also, healthy fats such as nuts, EVOO and etc. should be consumed often since they also increase your natty test levels by converting cholesterol more easily into testosterone and hence help with restoration of natty test.

    That's what I thought.

@ Turkish Juicer, wouldn't the amount of muscle kept during PCT really depend on the steroid . Id think you could hold on to more of the muscle you gained from hdrol than test prop for example, even though you wouldn't build as much from hdrol as you would from prop.

    Absolutely NOT!

It just doesn't matter what compound you have used during your cycle, once you come off of it and all the synthetic hormones are completely cleared off of your body, you are left with nil to little natty Test flowing in your blood stream, due to previously having been shut down. At that point, all you can do is to follow an overall strategy between eating right and training right in order to be able to stay anabolic during PCT, not to mention following a solid PCT protocol and hence pace & overall success of hormonal restoration will largely determine how much of the lean gains you will be successfully holding on to after your cycle is over.

Wow I didn't know the compounds used don't really matter as far as how much muscle is retained. Thanks for the info.
