Help me WIN :)
Ok so
Basic Stats
Age: 18
Weight : 80kgs
Height : 5'10-5'11
Gym Exp: 1 Year and a Half
So after reading that i think you are thinking "18 year old that wants to be huge with roids" ETC..Well Read on :P
I suffer from a diesese.. its called FHS (Facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy) Now i was training for a 1 year and half and then found out, and that hurt ALOT, it kicked me down and keep my out of the gym for a while. WHY? Well one of the side affect of it is recovery, mine is limited and some times not at all, So Training too hard..exists for me :\
i can not put my hands above my head, so training shoulders is hard but i worked out ways, but
being 18 and wanting to work on my body to be something im proud of and not being able too yeah it sucks major even worse when i had my career planned in fitness..
This study shows that people with this and on "Dianabol " had decent mass gains, now i will never be the size i want or the shape but i want to have a decent body, ive put in the work
.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2122747/?page=1
now i will never be the size i want or the shape but i want to have a decent body, ive put in the work and meals and training and sadly, got nothing back, now i dont want anyone to feel sorry or anything, i just want to be in gym and progressing somewhere..
My diesese is caused by a "Bad Dna Strain" I have a Baby face, and hollowed out chest, and at times if im walking to much my back is unbearable...nice for a 18 year old Australian
Now i noticed the study said dianabol but after reading i think its too much for a new person to try,
ANY ADVICE, TIPS, LINKS, POSTS, ANYTHING TO HELP ME WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED
Help me win so i can be proud of something i worked for.

if there is a study regarding using d-bol for your disease then i would discuss it with your doctor
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

agree with GB here. Additionally, and I feel like a broken recording, taking steroids at your age before your hormonal system is fully developed (mid twenties) can cause you sexual problems and other health issues down the road.
By taking drugs, for every problem you solve, you are creating other potential problems, so be very careful and learn everything you can when considering steroids.
Good luck to you!
