    First cycle after 7 years

Hi , im 35 years old and I have cycled in the past. Its been like 7 years since I cycled!
Im thinking in turning to the dark side again.

I remember back in the days I used to have a sexual appetite due to the Test etc.... Over the last 2 years my sexual desire has lowered considerably. I want to start a cycle to look good( a cutting cycle) and to get my libido up! As for workout, Im doing MMA and thought to do a little cycle on the side. By the way, MMA workout is pretty intense!!

What do you guys think? Thanks in advance

BF% needs to decrease for about 10% before you start a cycle and fully benefit from it.

He is telling you to drop 10% of your body fat. This would equate to a new bodyfat of 15%!

    Sure.

You stated that your current BF is 25%, right?

I suggested that you loose 10% of it first, meaning you go down to 15% and then consider cycling. 12% would be even a better % to start your cycle IMO.

If you would like to learn why, well, a higher BF% stands for higher estrogen levels, meaning that estrogen conversion of Test throughout your cycle will be higher, hence the increased risk of estrogen related side effects. This is purely from an anatomical standpoint. From an aesthetic standpoint, even if you were to build new lean muscle tissue, as you should, you will not be able to see most of it since there will be a considerably thick layer of fat surrounding it, meaning that you will not be getting maximum benefit from your upcoming cycle if you run it before loosing a good deal of BF.

Hit the diet section to figure out how you would loose this extra BF before you cycle, not to mention consistent cardio will accelerate this process without a doubt.
