pct lookin good?

Can anyone tell me if the following pct is suitable following a test only 500mg/wk cycle.

Clomid 50/50/25/25
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20

I know that higher amounts are usually suggested for clclomid but would this be okay? I hear vlomid sides can be pretty harsh and have also read that smaller dosages can be just as effective?

I would say your pct would be fine are you running hcg ? AI?

how long are you planning to run your test cycle? whats your age weight height bf%?

I just ran Clomid and Nolva @ 100/100/50/50 and 40/40/20/20 respectively and had no problems whatsoever. If you're running a 12 week cycle, I would try the Clomid @ 100mg for the first few days and see how your body takes it.

Thanks guys. I'm a long way off doing it. I'm not yet ready but trying to get it all planned in my head in advance.

The test would likely run for 12 weeks and yes i have an ai planned for weeks 1-14.

Would it be of any use to run an ai such as exemestane alongside clomid and bolva during pct? I see so man suggest aromasin during pct as an alternative to either nolva or clomid then there are others who say just clomid and nolva. Can all three be used?
